Kidmin leaders, don’t waste the last 2 months of this year! Today, I’m sharing an End of the Year Time Management Sheet to help you make the most of the time you have left in 2023. Here’s a little encouragement to get you started!
Take some time for these 4 things and make the most of your time:
1. Take time to REFLECT and EVALUATE.
What are some wins from the year? What changes need to be made? What was successful? Unsuccessful? Avoid making the same mistakes next year!
2. Take time to CELEBRATE!
Throw a party for your volunteers to show how much you appreciate them. Do something fun and different in your services like a theme day or serve holiday treats! Celebrate what God has done in your kidmin loud for all to hear!
3. Take time to PLAN.
Make the budgets and event calendars. Plan out your teaching series for the next year (you can always make changes as you feel led throughout the year). Plan something NEW! Plan to make 2024 better than this year. There is always room for growth!
4. Plan for REST.
Take your days off. Let me say that louder for those in the back, TAKE YOUR DAYS OFF! Don’t work, don’t answer emails, don’t pick up the phone. Enjoy some unplugged time with your family and friends before you hit the ground running in the new year.
